Sellers pay an up front fee of $199, which covers the work we do to prepare and market your vehicle for sale, including a thorough 63-Point-System-Check inspection, state safety inspection, basic interior and exterior cleaning, a vehicle history report, professional photographs, ad copy-writing, and various internet listings. If your car needs a full detail, we can take care of that for you for an additional $100 for sedans and $120 for trucks and SUVs. After we successfully sell your vehicle, we take a success fee directly from the sales proceeds. Our incentives are completely aligned: If we don’t sell it, we don’t get paid a success fee.

Sellers are also charged a extra small transaction fee if the transaction takes place with a credit card. e Checks are currently free and encouraged only for eBay transactions! Registration is required, but there are no entry fees, membership dues or monthly charges to use the service.

Before you return a vehicle to WIDE Marine & Automotive, please:

• Ensure that you still have the option of returning the car. You have seven days following the purchase of your used car to have it returned for a full refund. In addition, WIDE Marine & Automotive advises that the company's salespeople won't attempt to convince you to purchase another vehicle when you request the return.

• Inspect your vehicle. Look for scratches and dents that weren't there when you initially purchased the vehicle. The company will only accept the used vehicle and give you a full refund if the vehicle is in the same condition it was at the time of delivery. In other words, if you backed your car into a pole two days after you purchased it, the money-back guarantee does not apply.

• Have the vehicle returned to WIDE Marine & Automotive. There is a 300 miles restriction for returning the used vehicle (only for vehicles with odometers and does not include shipping distances).  Ensure that you have proper identification and the documents you received on the date of delivery (Delivery Inspection report, etc). If another person's name appears on the purchase agreement, refunds must be requested by the person in question. Complete the online form and our representatives will contact you to pick up the vehicle. WIDE Marine & Automotive issues refunds in the form of a check or Bank Transfer that you will receive 3 days after the refund request was made.

Invoices are usually sent within 24 hours from the registration, after being subject to safety verification and the Seller's approval. If the invoice is nowhere to be seen in maximum 24 hours, please check your Spam or Bulk email folder, or contact Customer Support for assistance.

An Invoice contains your transaction details and payment instructions, which can be often blocked or misfiled and sent to Spam by your email filters. Sometimes, due to our high volume of sales, it can take more than 24 hours for the invoice to be sent. The Seller's timely response is also a factor. No matter the reason, if the Invoice is not received in 24 hours, please contact Customer Support and we will quickly find a solution.
