REFUND APPLICATION

Refunds must be requested within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date and will be processed within 3 business days. Vehicles must be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase in the exact same condition as when it was delivered and no more than 300 additional miles on it (only for vehicles with odometers and does not include shipping distances).

Crypto refunds will be issued for the full USD value of the order (discounts applied) and processed at the Bitcoin exchange rate when the refund is completed.

Your refund will be issued through your crypto wallet. Once you provided a Bitcoin address, we will issue a refund within 30 min. Your funds will be returned instantly and will be available to you once the blockchain network confirms the transaction. Transactions are made as a priority and they are confirmed in minutes.

Damaged or defective items or vehicles may also be returned for a replacement. Replacement orders will ship once the return of the original item is received and processed at the WIDE Marine & Automotive warehouse.

BEFORE YOU RETURN A VEHICLE TO WIDE Marine & Automotive, PLEASE:

  • Ensure that you still have the option of returning the car. You have seven days following the purchase of your used car to have it returned for a full refund. In addition, WIDE Marine & Automotive advises that the company's salespeople won't attempt to convince you to purchase another vehicle when you request the return.
  • Inspect your vehicle. Look for scratches and dents that weren't there when you initially purchased the vehicle. The company will only accept the used vehicle and give you a full refund if the vehicle is in the same condition it was at the time of delivery. In other words, if you backed your car into a pole two days after you purchased it, the money-back guarantee does not apply.
  • Have the vehicle returned to WIDE Marine & Automotive. There is a 300 miles restriction for returning the used vehicle (only for vehicles with odometers and does not include shipping distances).  Ensure that you have proper identification and the documents you received on the date of delivery (Delivery Inspection report, etc). If another person's name appears on the purchase agreement, refunds must be requested by the person in question. Complete the online form and our representatives will contact you to pick up the vehicle. WIDE Marine & Automotive issues refunds in the form of a check or Bank Transfer that you will receive 3 days after the refund request was made.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN?

  • fill the refund request application form on-line.
  • an WIDE Marine & Automotive representative will contact you to confirm your request and to request any additional information if needed.
  • WIDE Marine & Automotive picks up the vehicle and the shipping process is reversed at the seller expense.
  • you will receive a full refund in maximum 3 business days.
