STEP 1: REGISTRATION

After both parties have settled on an agreement, Buyer must register on www.widemarine.com and initiate the transaction. Once the registration is complete, WIDE Marine & Automotive will contact the Seller to approve the transaction.

STEP 2: PAYMENT

Once we have the Sellers approval, the transaction officially starts and WIDE Marine & Automotive will send an Invoice to the Buyer. The Invoice will contain important information about the transaction and Step-by-Step instructions on how to send and confirm the payment with our Financial Department. Once the payment is received, it will be secured into a trusted account for safe keeping until the transaction is complete.

STEP 3: SHIPPING

The shipping starts in 24 hours from the payment confirmation and it usually takes between 3 to 5 days to be completed. Once your vehicle has been shipped, your Transaction Status page will update automatically and you will also receive a separate notification email with the necessary shipping information.

During shipping, all vehicles are insured against damage, loss, theft, etc.

STEP 4: DELIVERY & INSPECTION

Your purchase will include a walk through with a certified technician at time of delivery (Delivery Inspection) to insure all mechanical items are in good working order or said condition.. This is a time for you to see all items in good working condition and ask any specific questions related to operation and use, perform test drives, or even have your own mechanic at the site.

 

The 7-Day Money Back Guarantee starts once the Delivery Inspection is complete, signed by the Buyer and confirmed by the WIDE Marine & Automotive Certified Technician at the time of delivery.

STEP 5: FINAL APPROVAL

Once the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee is over, the Buyer must give it's final approval. If the vehicle is approved, WIDE Marine & Automotive pays the Seller and the transaction is complete. If returned, the vehicle must be in the same condition as it was at the time of the delivery Inspection and with no more than 300 miles on it (only for vehicles with odometers and does not include shipping distances). Refund requests must be completed within the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period and are processed in maximum 3 working days. The refund process will also reverse the shipping process and WIDE Marine & Automotive will collect the vehicle at the Sellers expense.

  • The Invoice contains detailed information about your transaction and the payment instructions needed to complete the transaction safely. The Buyer will have Step-by-Step instructions on how to send and confirm the payment with our Financial Department, and also have a live update of the entire process by simply checking the Transaction Status page. Once the payment was verified, it will be placed in one of our trusted accounts for safe keeping.
  • Financing. We do not finance. Buyers must have funds ready before starting a transaction.

 

Our accepted payments policy gives Buyers and Sellers online convenient payment options. To help ensure a safe marketplace, you can only use our approved payment methods. Our payment methods depend on our Terms of Use, the level of online security and availability at the time of the transaction.

  • Online payment services: Allpay.net, CertaPay, hyperwallet.com, Fiserv, Nochex.com, XOOM, etc.
  • Certified Check
  • Payment upon pickup
  • COD (Cash-on-Delivery)
  • Sending cash through the mail
  • Sending cash or money orders through instant, point-to-point cash transfer services (that aren't banks) such as Western Union or MoneyGram
  • Paying by "topping off" a seller's prepaid credit or debit card
  • Paying using online or other payment methods not specifically permitted in this policy
  • Asking buyers to contact you for additional payment methods

  • Discouraging buyers from using any payment method you specified in the listing
  • Asking buyers to pay outside WIDE Marine & Automotive Terms of Service.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • The Shipping Process starts once the payment has been successfully received and verified by our Financial Department. It can take up to 3 business days to be completed. Usually, vehicles are delivered within the first 36-48 hours from the payment confirmation.
  • Pick-Up / Inspection: Please note that due to our Escrow-Consignment selling procedure, all vehicles sold through WIDE Marine & Automotive are subject to shipping. It is against our Terms & Conditions to have a Buyer collect / pick up or inspect a vehicle which they have ordered. All orders need to be shipped to the Buyer.
